Day 2 Working on my comic today so here's a panel

Day 54

I´m practicing suits and shoes right now.
I drew the side view shoe from memory and surprised myself that
I´m able to do this. The other one is a silhouette check if an explaining
pose works, I´ll probably exeggerate the pose more. The third one
is a quick 1950s coloring thing. I´m not sure if I (finally) teach myself
how to color traditionally or if I just focus on the story writing and outlines
and let someone else color my future comic. I kind of like the idea of
paying someone and let them do the coloring

Day 3, working on an updated version of one of my villain's designs

I like the design.
What makes the character a villain?

The next days of my "100 days of art" will probably be filled with tutorials.
I have to prepare the November course for my drawing class for kids.
The first face will be Tintin because I think it´s a good face to start with.
The kids usually love the step by step thing. I will teach them how to draw

Why does Alicia sit on her guy´s luggage?

Her love language is being annoying. He can't get into his bag if she's sitting on it unless he tries to move her or asks her to move, at which point she would tell him he had to make her want to, most likely through flirtatious bribery.

I love this because it feels like the character has a real character

I'm glad. She has a lot of personality, but I'm just starting to get good enough to be able to represent that better through poses

I add this to day 55, I´m repeating the anatomy and muscle learning.
I forgot most of what I learned because it´s so much

Day 56 already
A character who shaved his head one week ago and now starres into the mirror every day and asks himself
how fast hair grows.
And some daily muscle theory

Two finished "Sketchy Business" panels and a drawing of Kattar's face. still not great at drawing guys, but practice makes perfect ig. this is Alicia's boyfriend whose luggage she was sitting on.

The bf works as a feminine looking dude.
I would just remove the black line under his eyes because that
makes him look like he is wearing eye liner and that is a bit much
with the long hair imo

Aye, noted. Maybe I should make the lines of his eyes thinner next time

Tbh, I don't think the lines need to be thinner. Compared to the outline of the face they're already really thin.

For what it's worth, I didn't think he was wearing eyeliner.

If you want to better signal him as a man, I'd try adding an adam's apple to his design.

Then we have just opposite opinions about it, doesn´t matter.
I never draw adam´s apple in simplified styles. I only do that when
I draw the characters more realistic and detailed. The black outline
of the eyes always looks like eyeliner to me. I tried that out with the
character and without the eyeliner he started to look like the singer
from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to me

It's all subjective after all.

As for the adam's apple in a simplified style, you could add it by making it as simple as a "c" on a character's throat.

Personally I don't see the outlines of an eye as eyeliner, but rather as a stylised representation of eyelashes.
