As the new year draws ever closer it got me thinking about general health.
I’ve not been great this year and as people close to me have said, if you’re not well you won’t be able to create anything at all. And I know that some of us (me included) can burn the midnight oil and focus so much on goals that sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves. I’ve also struggled a little with weight and put on quite a bit.
I plan to redress that in a positive way, listing actions that I have taken each week. I have previously seen some really good results, and plan to repeat the same methodology that I used before. Anybody who wants to go on this journey with me is more than welcome and we can post on this thread. Please note: I am NOT a medical practitioner or nutritionist and will only be sharing things that have worked for me (or not, in some cases!). So please consult your doctor before doing anything: I’m just a crazy horror creator, not a GP
One thing that I have learned is that, in health, as in Webtoons, consistency is key. The more you can adhere to a plan the better the results that you will generally see.
