This is like, such a cool topic!
Well, it is as you say, without health, you cannot do anything at all. I have been going to the gym for a while once a week (going as a "friend", so I go for free with my husband lol), but I will be going 2-3 times a week starting next month. I want to lose some weight as well as getting in better shape. Me and my husband have been trying our best to have better, healthier food and in less quantities. We have both started to post our work online, each in our own way (I do illustration and comics, he paints on canvas).
And, keeping a weekly page posting schedule! Very important I can feel the good vibes this year~
