I am super happy with how my previous week went!
I made sure to eat calmly and was surprised that I actually didn't go hungry! I have been able to not only eat enough to keep my energy, but also I made sure to work out 4 times a week! I did strength training and quite a bit of cardio!
Since I have been trying to do two days on, one day off (rest and stretching), today will be my day off. However, I plan on doing yoga to keep my muscles all spry,
On the art front, I have downloaded a content calendar to help inspire what I want to post on a daily basis and I have been sketching far more too. So far...this year is turning out not too bad
