Great to see so much activity on this thread! I’ve been doing quite well and have started doing daily walks at lunchtime which allow me to burn a couple of hundred calories each time. It also lets me multitask by catching up on Netflix! I’m not back to going running on my own yet but I have started going back to some gym classes which are good for motivation and also socially.
The only not great news is that I’ve developed a really bad cold this week which has led to me being really tired and drained this weekend and sleeping quite a lot today. I think the best cure is rest which is frustrating as is started to get into quite a good groove but I don’t want to overdo it and make myself more ill.
