Here's my novel though, it's a dystopian romance. The government has changed completely, everything is ruled the same way, where you have to fight to the death for your land. Jessica is about to turn eighteen, which is the age of which you can start fighting. But in her first fight she almost loses, but her powerful parents step in just in time to keep her from being killed. The guy who almost killed her is thrown in prison for some made up rule he broke, but Jessica isn't happy about it.She decides to get him out, on the condition that he'll train her. As she starts to learn more about the guy and where he's from though, she starts to see just how wrong her way of life is.
