I agree, I think that's probably why Webtoons can generate more views (sometimes). For "Finding Sam," which I did for the Webtoon short story contest that ended June 31, I got way more views and subscribers there (initially) without talking to anyone or anything. However, for my current project, "Sam in New York," it seems like I have been attracting more followers on Tapas, probably because of the forums and because of the commenting system. It's harder to communicate with people on Webtoon..
