Well, the hero of my manga story is Ivan Vladimirovich Vasilyev, and I honestly don't feel that his details are good, so let's discuss him a little (this post will contain spoilers)
Firstly, Ivan's mother (Anastasia) was a woman who neither loved him nor cared for him, so his father (Vladimir) cared for him despite being preoccupied with his political position
When Vladimir died, no one was left to care for Ivan because his uncle (Podly) didn't care about him. So he asked Alexei Yoshirovich Kenji to look after Ivan and paid him to do so (Alexei didn't need the money anyway). In any case, Ivan lived with Alexei and Alexei's relatives, and Ivan became very attached to Alexei.
Secondly, his troubled relationship with Alexei begins when Alexei moved to the capital, Vladimirsk, where he married a woman (Carmen) whom he met through his work at the hospital. Ivan, who was about 10 years old at the time, did not accept the idea because he saw Alexei as his father, and the idea of his father caring for a woman was strange (Ivan's mother was not present during his childhood). Therefore, Ivan deliberately caused trouble in order to drive Carmen crazy, and well, he did not succeed because Alexei devised a solution to maintain peace, which was that he bought an apartment and made Ivan live in it, and he would visit him every day to check on his condition and teach him what he needed (don't blame Alexei because Ivan killed Alexei's goldfish).
Thirdly, high school... Ivan entered this stage of his education only to be shocked by a kind of bullying and contempt because of his appearance. Ivan suffers from albinism, which caused him to have White hair, one red eye and one blue eye He was given nicknames like "the country's flag" or "the police car," among others. But Ivan decided to develop a defense mechanism: hitting and bullying to protect himself. However, Alexei discovered this due to the numerous complaints, and he was disappointed in Ivan at that time because he resorted to violence.
Fourth, white fever... White fever is a disease that appeared in 2030 and is considered fatal if you don't get vaccinated. But if you get vaccinated and get infected again, it means you will die. And guess what? Ivan got it despite being vaccinated, and this was when he was 16 years old. Ivan was in constant pain and crying, begging Alexei to find any way to save him. But Alexei was completely helpless to save him using traditional methods. However, there was a solution: the MAAHM-17 compound. This compound is made of amino acids that stimulate the body in a way that makes it refuse to die (yes, it's what he called the water of immortality). But Alexei didn't give him the compound directly; he warned him and discussed it with him. But Ivan wanted to live by any means, so Alexei gave him the compound, and Ivan became immortal.
Fifth, forbidden love... When Ivan was in his final year of school, he went through a difficult psychological period. This was due to his realization that Alexei was no longer his legal guardian. On Ivan's 18th birthday, Alexei told him they would stay in touch, but that Alexei had no further relationship with Ivan because he was now an adult. (Ivan tried to end his life but failed because of his immortality.) Meanwhile, Rotoni, Ivan's cousin (the daughter of Podly), appeared and expressed her admiration for him. (She was a 16-year-old teenager.) Ivan felt a strange kind of emotion, which made him attached to her and even obsessed with her. However, she rejected him, and he persisted, which led her to consider him a stalker and despise him.
Sixth, the attempt to prove... Well, since Ivan is immortal, this makes him an important soldier because he will reduce human losses. Therefore, I suggested that he volunteer in the special unit to protect civilians from monsters. However, Joseph (the Minister of Internal Affairs in Novaya Rus') refused because of Ivan's record full of violence, sabotage, and bullying. But thanks to the fact that Alexei is Joseph's close friend, he was able to convince him, thinking that Ivan was serious about his decision (Ivan is actually trying to die).
Seventh, the Slavonic Voice party... This is a party that idolizes the Vasilyev family because Roman Vasilyev (Ivan's grandfather) saved Eastern Europe from nuclear disaster. This party is the one protecting Ivan from the law; they prevented his imprisonment, and they are planning to make Ivan the next president of the country.
Eighth, Uncle Dmitry... Dmitry is Anastasia's brother, and he's such a bad person that he tried to sexually assault Ivan when he was little. Luckily, Vladimir managed to protect Ivan as much as possible, but the psychological effects of the abuse are deeply buried in Ivan, and he will remember it in one of the chapters, unleashing the worst aspects of Ivan against his mother's brother.
I apologize for the long post, but I wanted to include details to better explain the story.
