If you want to write a satire. You will have to read many, many more.
Simply hearing what others want to make fun of does not make a good satire in general. One thing is asking for ideas once you have read multiple examples of the theme you want to make fun of and another is taking ideas without really understanding the theme at hand.
The problem with writing before having read enough stories with a certain theme is that you can easily offend people by not understanding how the cliches work or in which way it would be ok to make fun of them and in which way it is not ok to make fun of them.
Basically in order to make fun of something you need to throroughly understand your target audience. The only way to understand said audience is by reading many more stories with this particular theme. After reading those you have to look for examples with your particular settings. The villainess reincarnation theme is pretty broad after all.
Like I mentioned before cliches vary depending on the setting. Do you want japanese influence or korean influence? Do you want medival cliches or modern type stories cliches? Is your villainess in a Wuxia setting? Is it a GL comedy villainess setting (even GL villainess have their very own cliches)? Is it a litRPG type of story?
