Hello everyone! I’m sure some of you are familiar with my prior comic, which was just a test for the real deal but now.. the real thing is here!
Mixing a darker more historically inspired setting with a fairly classic magical girl protagonist Abysskeeper Suen is incorporating aspects from many different genres and styles in its telling of a story about friendship, family, and finding those as a queer individual.
Summary:
Suen Lophiiformes has spent her first fourteen years much too closely acquainted with the ocean, so it came as little shock when she ended up befriending a young sea monster named Ea who came to land searching for their estranged sister. She most definitely did not sign up for being the only person capable of exterminating the shadowy creatures endangering people however, nor for having to transform into a similarly aquatic form to do so.. though that part isn’t too bad after a while.
