I want to create both a "shoujo" and a "BL" version of the same story, but maybe that's against the rules of Tapas, and Webtoon?
It's a story of your own, right? I just want to make sure I'm getting things right, but if they're both alternate versions of the same story you created I don't see why you'd not be allowed to do so, What ifs are always fun to read and I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed

I plan on doing the same thing with one of my comics, but the characters have different designs. Although, the story is altered because it’ll be the scrapped version to the official story. So my idea might not be exactly what you’re asking for, but I would say go for it!

Neither of my stories are on Tapas as of yet, unfortunately. But the idea of creating two alternate versions of the same story, I would give you a big thumbs up and support for.

Of course you are. Comic publishers do it all of the time and so do I. Besides like @AbelDraws said, it's your own story.
Some people also upload versions in different languages, like english and spanish, so if you wonder about that, yes, you can.
