that's like it takes a bit of wrestling with the forums search function but you can find more than a handful of threads about comics that include animated panels or full on animations in or tied to their comics. it's a fun thing to see and something i hope folks can continue to experiment or play with but there's definitely a lot out there if you explore (both here on tapas and on independent webcomic sites people host themselves) it just takes some digging
