I gave up and made an account on myanimelist. I really like the "recommendation" section for every anime - yeah like 99% of the recommendations don't have anything to do with the actual anime, but sometimes you'll either find something that really is like the anime you like, and other times it's nothing like it but still sounds intriguing.
I also just finished Hakumei to Mikochi... if Stardew Valley and a cup of hot chocolate had an offspring that became an anime, that would be it. I generally dislike slice of life anime because IMO they're usually really boring. And this one... is still a slice of life and COULD be boring, if it wasn't for the 1. gorgeous art style (every episode is like a watercolor picture book) 2. lovely characters and 3. dedication to exploring the magical world the two little women live in in detail. I really recommend it if you want to curl up in a blanket and forget your worries. It also might have a really mature take on a lesbian romance with two adult women, though the status of the two MCs as a couple is never confirmed (I'm pretty sure it's implied, though... they sure act like a long-time married couple).
