Well, procrastination usually happens because I'm either hungry or need caffeine, so eating a snack and making tea helps with that. Sometimes I procrastinate because I'm too tired after work and the only thing that helps is sleep.
Writer's block is different. If I'm having trouble coming up with something, I'll go do something else for a while, like play video games, read or watch something on Tv. My job involves hard physical labour outside, so I don't generally do exercise to help, but if you spend a lot of time sitting, then getting out for a walk will probably help. Sitting somewhere and people watching can also be useful.
