pwede ata magka paypal kahit wala ka pang bank account/debit. makaka receive ka pero hindi ka pwedeng mag withdraw. di naman ma eexpire paypal balance mo. pero ask mo lang din sa customer service nila para sure.

pde debit card kahit la ka bank. kasi kung bank dpt same ang name mo sa paypal mo at bank kasi kung hindi same, magkakaproblema ka. debit card hindi strict kaso limited nga lang ang pde mo i withdraw paypal to atm
