Some of the advice in this thread can help:
I remember being pregnant. My advice is do as much as you can now... and get as much sleep as humanly possible. I'm not even joking. You won't sleep again for like 6 months after baby is born. X_X But I found that optimal time for drawing was when I was nursing. My little baby would latch on and go to town, completely ignoring everything except for ze boob. So I'd draw. You will need a super good nursing pillow to support that though. I highly recommend a Boppy. That thing was my single most important item in my life.
You will figure out your grove. Honestly I felt like drawing was easier when he was younger. Now he's a toddler and he's into everything. Including wanting to sit on my lap and draw with me, which = fun time with kiddo, but not much work done. haha.
