Asides from drawing them confidently, and fast:
If your program of choice has it, use stabilizer.
If you have money to spare, there's a program called lazynezumi which is basically a stabilizer that works in any program afaik.
If you have all the time in the world, just practice drawing lines of varying lengths and matching every stroke after to build up line confidence. There are a ton of exercises such as drawing two parallel lines and drawing circles who's edges touch the lines and etc.
