Anybody having problem withdrawing earned revenue?

Maybe they are working with intermediaries? I know many people work with those now when PayPal is not available here. Like you send money on someone's PayPal account in anywhere, like Thailand, and they send money via another service to India.

No idea. Maybe they use some sort of overseas bank that Paypal transfers to, then move that money to their own 'real' bank.

I get the funds direct from PP to my own bank acc,

The only thing with PP here is the Gov doesn't allow money to be held on PP for more than 24 hours.

Ah, okay. So India is in the same situation as we here it seems.

@wouldrathernotsay So yeah, nothing to do here. Only if you have someone abroad whose PayPal you can use to send them money from your Tapas acc and so they could send you money any other way.
Anyhow money are safe on your Tapas acc, so if PayPal India will start working again, you will be able to withdraw it later.

I wonder why, though. Seriously sucks for people in India who are trying to make money via online business.

This isn't entirely true. Been working for me as usual since 2013.

Last month I withdrew the Rev from here via PP direct to my local acc, Worked the same as it always did.

Maybe it's more specific to certain kinds of international banks?

Maybe you guys live in very different parts of the country? otherwise, of course, maybe the OP should write Tapas again with a screen of your message. And also write to PayPal maybe, who knows.
Maybe something happened again over the course of 1 month, all the PayPal transactions may be closed in a matter of 1 day if they would want that.

Looks like it's only the domestic/local stuff that was shut down for PayPal. International trade is still allowed, so things should work for the OP.

Wait, but did you write to Tapas? I mean on their server or via email? Because if @CarltonIsaac can withdraw and you can't within one country, it still looks like Tapas problem.

I did write loads of emails and messages to staff members , they said thay cant do anything with that "failed transaction" matter , about that they said to contact paypal, which i dont know how to do , my 100$ gone to waste hence

I will have a talk with @CarltonIsaac elaborately about the process , then i will decide whether to try once again with a new Indian paypal address or just ask someone from the US, nothing more i can do .

Oh wow, okay. Hopefully someone will be able to help you than, good luck.
But that really looks like a problem with your acc, PayPal has a message center, try googling it (there's the Contact Us thingie in the bottom of the screen when you try to access site via desktop)

The process was simple.
Made the PP acc with my yahoo mail acc back in 2013.
Used the acc and still do for all my incoming GW and GA payments, and also for sites like Tapas, Global Comix, etc.

The only thing is money cant be held in the PP acc for more than 24 hours.
They auto transfer the money to a local Bank acc within 24 hrs of receiving it.

That's all there is to it
