Anybody having problem withdrawing earned revenue?

I'm new to this and I'd say i dont know very much about
the process of withdrawing the earned revenuehere on tapas.
Plus one thing that i noticed that in thew view details tab of
revenue section it used to show for "pending" for the revenue pending
(so it made it easier to calculate )
but now it doesnt show that. So anybody else facing the same glitch or is n it some update ??

I'm not seeing any recent changes to the interface... I withdrew my inksgiving money last week without any issues.

Got the $20 I left in there from donations that fell after Inksgiving (left that in there so that when minor donations and ad revenue add up to $5 I can withdraw it), the $0.21 earned in the past 30 days off ad revenue and smaller ink donations... All looks normal here.

Is there a glitch where you're seeing something different?

If your revenue amount is in excess of $25 and you can't find a way to get it, you might need to open a ticket on the Tapas discord server.

I had a problem trying to get money for a month, writing at least a couple of times, second time after the Pending disappeared. Don't wait for too long before sending a ticket (well, take into account it's holidays now, of course).

I’ve never been able to withdraw it either.

I get this, but if I click to add PayPal details it just links me to ‘edit profile’ where there is no option to add my PayPal address.

You don't have the paypal information field in the settings? For me it's under the option to change password

Yep, it just isn’t there. I can change a few details and my password, but there’s no Paypal field at all.

It's right there under personal between 'change password' and 'blocked users'

But if you don't see it, a tech-sup ticket is the best way to go. Good Luck!

Country matters mate 🥲 , turns out out of how much i have researched , i found out that Foreign to "Indian" transactions in paypal dont seem to work. Simply because paypal have some issues in India.

As for whats happening now is that the first time i tried to withdraw it failed because of the same reason , i will try the second time, with another paypal address once its 25 the minimum amount, ‍

This has to be something else. I've hired people in India many times for various tasks. Always used Paypal.

Also, I'm pretty sure a huge chunk of people on sites like Fiverr and the like are directly in India and use Paypal for getting paid.

Mmm no, that was no the issue for me at least, at the time PayPal was working perfectly and it was a problem from Tapas. The second time they wrote me "they forgot to send the money", so you really want to send them a ticket

Maybe they are working with intermediaries? I know many people work with those now when PayPal is not available here. Like you send money on someone's PayPal account in anywhere, like Thailand, and they send money via another service to India.
