Well depends on what you mean early stages I guess.
Our comic, Kingdom of the Red Rose is a story the writer has completed in book format years ago, but he's know rewriting as he's creating the script for the comic. He's finished chapter 1 and 2 and is currently scripting chapter 3. We know the entire story will tale about 25 chapters, so I guess that's early in the scripting stages?
The artist is working on Chapter 2 while we are releasing Chapter 1: The Reaper's Choice here on Tapastic.
The writer is also scripting another short 20 page comic at the moment for a new project he has on his mind (this is in the VERY early rough stages where he's still throwing random ideas out there to see if they stick to his story ).
We've realized everything takes time and at the end of the day you need to stick with it. We always end up going back and doing changes n scripts as the images or chapters get finalized. We learn a lot as we go I guess and scripting is never truly done, not until the page us published and we cannot take it back to make changes
