Yeah, there are a handful of us here. There was a thread going over a year ago, but it dead.

So I'm true blue, through and through. I love a good shrimp on the barby (not really, don't know why Australian's are known for saying that). I've lived here all my life, haven't travelled overseas - and love this country. My question to the forum is: Are you an Australian cartoonist? and how have you found the comic culture in Australia?

G'day! Yeah I'm from Australia - Melbourne based. Been in the land of Aus all my life and I've been drawing comics for a while. There seems only a handful of us Aussies here on Tapas, I only recently came back onto Tapas and alot has changed haha.

Aussie indeed! I'm Victorian based, but I can make it up to Melbourne for Supanova and would like to try getting up there for more events eventually. I'm hoping to move back to the city in the next few years which make meetups a lot easier (: Oh, and trying to get to Sydney Supanova next year!

I'm originally from Malaysia but I've been living in Australia for the last 7-8 years. I checked out Animaga yesterday for the first time, as I'm thinking of tabling there next year!
