I believe it would be best to avoid it if you're not black since that could lead to trouble. But, I believe that if it is a reference to Samuel L. Jackson then appearance wise and maybe other well known quotes or insults from him could do the trick without exclusively choosing the one word that if not applied properly it is a slur.
Black characters can use the N-Word but mostly if their owner is black, or the writer is black and knows well how to use it in the proper context that wouldn't be racist or act pretty much as a negative slur. It can be censored too and I believe it is censored since there is no guarantee to properly prove and investigate each case of each author, especially on hosting platforms like Tapas or Webtoon.
Like, even if I were to make a very Argentinian series in Webtoon Spanish, I'll still have to censor the words that are slurs, insults, and similar because, in case you didn't get the memo, the minimum age is 12/13 and we know that even younger audiences are downloading and reading from these platforms, and that putting a warning for sensitive language doesn't actually filter down the series so these underage readers won't see it, and in fact they end up exposing themselves because curiosity killed the cat, and yeah... even in adult spaces we have kiddos invading the space or breaking boundaries.
