Selena quickly rain up the ramp as well. "Where to next?" Selena asked Veral.

"Next stop, Zinia." Veral said, closing the ramp. They had been let off into a landing area, where the Skipper usually docked. Through the door in front of them was a living area with a kitchen and lounge, and another door leading to the cockpit.

"Let's f#cking go!" Crypto and Kumo kicked their doors open, unloading with tommy gun and sniper rifle respectively.

"No other place in this city is as safe from assault, nor from searches by guards." Fenzhi said.

In a burst of flames, Flare leapt out in his Dragoon armor as well, with Cygnus and Sorrel close behind. Cygnus scanning the area with his gun, ready to fire at a moment's notice.

"Aye, a lot newer too." Veral nodded, heading for the cockpit, "We'll be at our destination soon, this ship's built for planet to planet travel, it's a lot faster than the Skipper."

Crypto and Kumo paused, looking around at the oddly empty facility. Nothing was active, no machines were moving, no sounds of whirring or clicking.

"I would assume not." Fenzhi nodded.
"This place is a mess." Varya kicked a chunk of rubble.

“… sure you got the right place?” Callan joked dryly, a little unnerved by the quiet, especially after their dramatic entrance.

"Here, let me try something...." Sorrel said as she took a few deep breaths and began to glow with the same red aura she had when using her Anima, though this form far calmer than the usual flames as she tried to use it to scan the building for anyone else's life force.

“Yeah. Maybe the Crystal is so shiny it attracts fire moths.” Genii chatted. “Where do you think we’ll find it. At the top?”

“What are you doing?” Callan asked as Sorrel started glowing.

"Anima radar. It's a technique that allows you to detect others' life force using your own." Sorrel explained as she kept scanning. It wasn't super long range due to her still being new to the technique, but hopefully it at least should detect anyone in the main room they were in.

“You wanna practice your dragon powers now to see if they still apply to your regular form now that it seems quiet enough?” Flare asked callan as they continued.

Callan gave Flare a nervous glance. “… not sure about that.”

"Something wrong?" Flare asked regarding Callan's nervousness.

"Nothin', just..." Callan's eyes flicked to their newest companions and back. "Maybe later."

"Let's stay focused. We're here to wreck the place, yeh? Hows about we get started."

"Sounds like a plan." Flare grinned, eager for some action as parts of his armor began to light up with flames.

"Not a whole lot of evil robot factories to pick from around here." Crypto pointed out.

There was only one thing living in the factory, but it was moving around the structure too fast to pinpoint.

Despite the magic field, there was no one defending the tower. A temporary space to manage troops had been set up at its base, just behind the barrier. The group was able to pass through, so long as they didn't run.
Here, the man they had seen on the field was being treated. His skin was made half off bark, his right leg more of a tree trunk. Moss grew across his staff, up his arm and onto his shoulder, made of dark wood with glowing hard sap forming a crystal at the end. Mushrooms grew from the right side of his torso. He wore simple leather armor and plain brown and white clothes, with a long green cloak and hood overtop.
