“And- And maybe I should have expected to die, after the air raid failed! Maybe I should have known I was going to be executed! God knows it would be something she’d do to the leader of a revolt against her. But-“
Silas was getting more and more panicked by the second. “But just- But just chaining me up in the catacombs and leaving me to die there? No. She didn’t have to- have to do that.”
