Man, going over the old pages of my comic I realized how terrible my linework really was. The coloring was also reaaaaally sloppy, but oh well, at least I've gone through art evolution and it's gotten a little better
Didn't include the really old panels here, let's be nice to myself here
My favourite and (arguably) the best panels of my comic are those with detailed backgrounds. I hated drawing them at first, but I think I've gotten pretty decent at them. I also tend to like panels that display extreme close ups for expressions as well as more detailed coloring. This first panel is far from perfect but I like it, because it does both
There is also this one, which has one of the best backgrounds I've ever drawn:
And some more recent panels with extreme close ups ^^
So... that is stuff I like. My worst panels... weeeeeellll... I tend to botch facial expressions A LOT. My characters tend to go off model whenever I don't have enough time to finish a page. Sometimes I also completely forget how my watercolor works for... some reason?
Like.. what is going on here. Tanner, you okay buddy?
