Calling All Webtoon Artists (Unpaid & Long Term)

Hi, I'm PandoraC and I'm looking for a webtoon artist to illustrate and color my comic idea. Here is the following information you should know:

1. This is for entertainment purposes so you will be unpaid, and the comic idea will take at least a year or more.
2. I'm not on a strict schedule so we can work out whenever you are free to illustrate.
3. These are the main characters of the story (Lilacs In June):
   June Fitts: male; owns a flower shop in the city; in his mid twenties; lives above his flower shop located on the corner of the street; dark brown hair, clean cut with parted bangs; turquoise colored eyes; 6 feet one inch; mostly type b person
   Lilac Scotts: female; works as photographer and painter; mid twenties; lives in an apartment complex; golden blonde hair, long straight hair that falls around the middle of her back; light purple eyes; five feet seven inches; somewhat bold and a little clumsy; size b cup
   Morado Scotts: male; first grader; lives with his sister Lilac; dark blonde hair, messy most of the time; light purple eyes; 3 feet eight inches; troublemaker but sweet
   Ashley Hollows: female; mid twenties; lives in suburban area; light brown hair, loose curls that fall a little below her shoulders; green eyes; five feet nine inches; self absorbed and quick to judge; size d cup
   Christopher Barnes: male; early thirties; lives in a penthouse suite at some hotel; president of well known designer company; black hair, short on the sides and a little longer in the front; hazel eyes; six feet three inches; overly entitled and violent
   (there are more characters, but they aren't as important)
4. The first episode will be five panels:
   First Panel- June gets ready for his date in his room by putting on his formal wear (gray button up shirt, black blazer, tie, etc.)
   Second Panel- June takes an engagement ring from his dresser and puts it into his pocket
   Third Panel- June drive up to Ashley, his girlfriend's, house and see her with another man.
   Fourth Panel- June becomes angry and drive away, throwing ring out the window
   Fifth Panel- June wakes up in his bed and a single tear falls down his face.
5. Must be able to create realistic backgrounds and scenery.
6. I'm looking for more of a manga/anime style, but depending on how it's presented I will consider western style.
