from IMDB:
Frozen (2010) - Three skiers stranded on a chairlift are forced to make life-or-death choices...
Frozen (2005) - It's two years since the mysterious disappearance of Kath Swarbrick's older sister...
Frozen (2007) - A touching and somber journey of Lasya, who lives in a remote village in the Himalayas...
Frozen (2013) - When the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally uses her power to turn things into ice to curse her home in infinite winter...
I think it's fine.
IN SERIOUSNESS THOUGH, I think the bigger question is, are you and this other comic likely to get in each other's way?
If you're both doing webcomics and trying to get somewhere with them and going to conventions and posting your comics on the same websites, then........... you probably CAN have the same title, but that might be a point at which you consider tweaking yours, if for no other reason than being constantly mixed up with this other person will get annoying.
But if it's just "somewhere, a comic strip technically exists that used this title," and it's not a currently updating thing that's gonna compete or cause confusion for your audience, I really wouldn't see that as unethical or unwise!
