Just so you know you might not get much in terms of cover (especially if you want a drawn cover) because you're not offering a huge amount... Even the more simple photobash covers go for upwards of 70usd and a drawn cover under 150usd is considered incredibly cheap, just so you have a framework for expectations.

Well, I believe you should add some essential information.
Such as amount of characters to be drawn, if there is going to be a detailed background and such. Since a lot of artists charge based on complexity or elements to be drawn.

On my end, I can offer the following things based on that budget, I've also included the Add-Ons's prices (Some of them may surpass the budget limit)

Rough Sketch

Rough Sketch Commission (Single Character) $5

Extra character (Price per each one): extra $3
Background: extra $5

Doodle Commission

Doodle Commission (Single character, Grayscale) $15

Color: extra $10 USD
Background: extra $10 USD
Extra Character (Price per each one): extra $10 USD
