I'm not gonna lie, it needs a lot of work, and I'll be more than happy to give you some of the resources I've been using to improve on my work once I'm back from work, but off the top of my head I would practice anatomy (look up sycra as well as Proko on youtube).
Even if you're going for a style that's supposed to be cartoony (similar to mine) they will follow the basics of anatomy.
Don't be afraid to look up references for poses or angles or backgrounds! I do it all the time.
Also, if you're not sure if a pose looks right, post in the feedback about it with your work. I've had someone actually redraw it for me to show me what it's supposed to look like. People are super helpful here at Tapastic and they want to encourage you to be the best you can and improve your work!
What art program do you use? I use photoshop and could give you a lot of tips on drawing and coloring in it, but there are some free ones you can use that are really good as well. I think SAI is free so if you don't have it I would give it a shot.
One thing I'm practicing on is perspective and it really helps you make some interesting angles if you know what you're doing. I'm still working on it as well, so we can try to improve together!
AS for my work, I'd love it if you checked out my comic. It's new as well with three pages out and the fourth on Monday! Dreamwalker Felix
and you can see an example here as well! Even I still need lots of help with angles and poses, so I can't stress enough how useful it is to talk about it on the forums for advice. You're doing the right thing and I hope none of this discourages you, but like how it did for me it lights a flame under your butt with the desire to improve and make something really fun and interesting!
All the same I will be subscribing to you because I really do want to see you improve.
