Thank you for the kind words, I'm gonna have to hang out here more often. Don't wanna be a stranger~
There is actually something with this re-redesign that I think you did unintentionally but is genius. The buckels on her suspenders have shield shapes! Implying that she is the one who protects others, the tank if you will. The muscles, bracelets and office wear support that notion. Office wear being indicative of posh, level headed and well mannered characters.
If anything maybe you could play with the proportions a bit.

Right now you have a shape sort of like Zarya from Overwatch, who coincidentally is also a buff tank characters but there is tons of ways to go here.
You could widen her chest to give more room for ZE PUFF.
You could emphasis an hourglass shape to bring out more femininity.
You can make her arms thinner than her bracelets to give them more importance.
Hips, head, ears, feet.
There are infinite schools of thought for character design so it's hard for me to tell you what is best as I don't even know what role she plays in your narrative or anything.
Personally though, since you're asking me.
I would keep her as is. I loved her design before and I love it now.
But give it some thought and see what you come up with. Right now she to me looks like a tank, but that might not be what she is suppose to be.
Look up character design on youtube for more inspiration. Actually to start you of there is a guy who criticises League of Legends designs as his main content, here he talks about one of the tanks in that game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rAWs2rkGKM
