Right now your current proposal looks too generic and vague – almost any standard fantasy can be boiled down to “a group of diverse characters is going on a quest to save the world from something” kind of thing; what really matters is execution so how do you plan to make your project stand out from the rest and in which way you are planning to execute it? It can be a comedy with stick figures, it can be a war drama with tons of complex graphics, a survival horror with less action and more atmosphere, a porn comic where characters banish creatures by having sex with them, it can be almost anything so which one is yours?
Anther thing is that if you have something already in progress I highly recommend putting it somewhere on a Google Drive with free access so people would be able to look at it without having to request anything from you directly, this is extremely important because most people will not bother requesting something only to find out they don't like it and then go through all the trouble of rejecting you personally. If you have a lot of stuff already in progress, make a short excerpt with the most essential stuff so people won't have to dig through all of your assets to figure out what's going on.
Other technical aspects like preferred graphical style, length, rating and so on are also very important but right now you have to present something tangible because no one can be interested in something they cannot see and even if someone will express interest without seeing the actual work first then believe me, they won't make it past the initial proposal.
You can also drop into CAOMouse discord server, it seems that most people from collaboration section tend to settle there.
