I'm working on my comic and I'm planning on posting it on WebToon, but can I post it on Tapas here also?Also what are some good formats on planning out sketches evenly on your webtoon canvas?

I can’t say anything about formats, but I can say that it’s totally fine to upload on both platforms.
I post to Webtoon and Tapas. What I do is post my work in PNGS and have the sizing in mind for Webtoon.Because Webtoon is smaller than Tapas, so whatever I post to webtoon works for Tapas. So it makes it easier than making two different file types/sizes like I used to do. Although I upload traditional panelling rather than scroll. So it maybe different.
