Comic Schedules, what works best?

Hi so I decided to start working on collection of short stories based on poems. Some are extremely short (5 pages) others almost 30 pages or longer.

I know some people publish on a weekly basis but for a short story is it better just to release the pages all at once?

Either way works. The main difference is just visibility: posting all of the pages at once only lands your series on the "fresh" section once, while posting there a few different days gets you there several times.

A third alternative is like this:

Where the story was posted at a 1 page per day rate. That way it's not drug out as long as a weekly-style upload, but you still get the benefits of landing on Fresh several times. We also did it this way for a collab I was apart of last year:

It is hard to determ. Mostly it depends on the content.
For a long good storytelling I see 30 days too long. You just lost the track of what's going on.
A gag-a-day is supposed to be daily/weekly updates and if you miss one it doesn't matter that much.

But for you. Independent poems. You just go with what you feel.

But that's just what I feel. I might be wrong

Personally, I'd release the shorter paged stories at once, but maybe split a longer story into 2-3 episodes labeled "story title - PART 1" or something.
That way you can keep your uploading amount consistent so readers (at least on webtoons) don't bug you to make all updates that long. And it'll help space out your comic over a longer period, which tends to lead to more visibility in the long run. (Which, numbers aren't everything - but i assume if you're sharing it you want people to read it, so yeah ^^ )

Edit: tho I'm a bit unsure if you were publishing as stories like writing to tapas...or comics. I was going from a comic viewpoint since that's what the title of the thread is

I hope you don't mind if I ask, but is it alright to have a schedule of releasing a story page per page each day, but have a break of releasing between stories?
I don't want to lose any readers, but I also think I would need a break between stories to work on a buffer.

They are definitely going to be posted in a comic format, but most of the short comics are based of poetry and fairly short. The general length of most of the stories is between 5-15 pages and I have a few actual short stories i want to make into comic which are going to be up to 20-40 pages.

Oh absolutely lol. I would say that's very similar to how authors take breaks between seasons or chapters xD If you wanted to make extra sure people knew you could put a note about it in the author note of the last episode of each story, like "hey this is the last page for this story but stay tuned for the next one coming out later \o/" or something.
