Comics with integrated GIF animations - Rising Trend?

firefox. But most comics with gifs do not do this. The comic I was on every page was a massive gif file. every page. I really think it's a stupid idea to utilized gifs on every page, it's probably hitting the1-2mb limit.

Oh, I get it now. The artist used the ENTIRE PAGE to make the gif. The animated gif comics that don't crash your browser tend to animate a small part of the page. Every page is a large gif animation? That's something. It's possible it's just Firefox. That browser used to run fast in the past. Now it's slugish at times. It's possible it might nost crash if you use another browser.
