DISCLAIMER: I'M NO EXPERT IN THESE KINDS OF COMICS, SO I MAY BE COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT EVERYTHING I SAID.
I had to do a genius hour project, and during that time I learned some stuff about movies. The way you started your story is really good (imo). Many movies use a short story to begin a movie, like "The Dark Night" (bank heist). In your case you have someone falling from the sky. And everything is very colorful, and its mostly clear what's happening. Also, the beginning raises many questions, such as "Why is someone falling from the sky?" "What is the thing that saved her life?" and "Who are these people?" All those questions can be answered naturally, since you started with some kind of conflict.
Also, you should probably make your episodes longer so that everything flows more naturally. Like one of your episodes were just two panels, and it was someone looking up and down.
I'm going to sub to you because I like how short the episodes are. They're just a tad bit too short in my opinion. Also, I'm not someone who's into stories that have a lot of lore head on. I like having it settle in.
