music is a fun one! if you have an iphone you can get garageband for free, its great for electronic music. otherwise, ukeleles can be bought pretty cheap, or a second hand acoustic guitar.
you could also try image-making that isnt specifically drawing; theres all sorts of printmaking techniques with more or less drawing involved. i find linocut pretty satisfying, and you could make some great merch with screen printing. theres also collage.
theres also non-story writing that you could do; lyrics or poetry. its great for low pressure formal exercises and experiments
im also a fan of tabletop game design! itch.io is great for finding free and varied games to print and play, group and solo. after a while you get familiar with the mechanics people make, and can start making your own. theyre really cool bc theyre less storytelling and more creating the mechanics for lots of different stories to be created.
you could also make text-based games on twine, or pixel games on bitsy
