That’s an… unbelievably cute war criminal. Also the fact that you drew a nuclear explosion behind him is so ironic, because well… how do I put it… he was one of the people the first ever nuclear bomb was supposed to scare off… iykwim… he probably also knew before all others that people are 70% water…
