Curious about Tapas merch shop

Hey guys, I just saw this on dashboard.

Applications to open a Tapas Merch Shop are now open to creators with 500 subscribers or more. Please do not apply if you are under 500 subscriber

That made me wonder, does taht mean you have to have 500 subs on one comic series, or is it a total number of subs on your profile?

My comic right now has 160 subs, but my total number on my profile is 634. Can I actually apply for this with my total number of subs on my profile? I'm very curious how this works.
