Can I ask why you want to promote this now, when it's not going to be out for over a year? I can't help but feel that a promo campaign would be more effective if you launched it when pages are actually being released. It's hard to advertise a comic that only has a cover and a vague description. If you start promoting when you have a something like a teaser of a few pages or episodes, I think you might find it works better.

I agree with darthmongoose. If I see an ad more than a week before the comic comes out, I will completely forget about it by the time it actually comes out because in-between I will have read a number of other comics.

Your description has a number of grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. It's difficult to follow in parts.

I have serious doubts about the effectiveness of your methods:

• like others have said, promoting now long before pages are out will get you very little returns because people forget easily and usually actively avoid ads even when they're essentially sponsorships for their favorite creator

• this is an exchange of money for advertisement so you would have to follow the laws of advertisement to minors/sponsorships and so would your potential marketeer(s).

• 100 ink ≈ 0.01$ give or take depending on a ton of factors so you are offering at most around 232$ to someone to draw a whole comic strip for you but ideally you want to break it up. If you want someone with a popular comic they'd probably want industry rates which is more like 150$ only to colour a pre-lined page... Per page. This leads me into...

• what is your barometer for "popular comic"? 100 subs? 200 subs? 2k subs? Over 1k likes? Because I'd not consider my comic popular by any means but it does have 260 subs.

• Even if you consider 260 popular and if I where to promote your comic in mine you wouldn't see any return on it 1) because I can't wholeheartedly recommend it having not read it myself and 2) my comic is scifi dystopia, from what I can see yours is idol-like urbain fantasy/magical girl based. The typical demographic for your comic and mine would be mostly quite different. You'd have to look for comics that are similar to yours so that the audiences would also be similar. Like if an art youtube Channel is promoted by another art youtube channel, it's way more effective than of an art channel is promoted by a Channel that does prank videos. There's very little overlap in audiences for the second example.

I hope this helps you use your money wisely and promote more effectively.
