From three different points of view "FAIRYTALES FOR A HUMAN" tells you a story about a human, a dryad and a mermaid who happened to know each other and had to deal with their differences.
Marina is a creative and imaginative young woman who has just graduated from the university and now jobless, indecisive, and single. She faces the world of magical creatures that is beyond her understanding. Being not ready to accept and embrace it immediately, she is trying to search her heart and see if she can be with one of the creatures.

Heyo Everyone!

My story is a Dark Fantasy and splice of life, series about a boy who was on his way home from the store but comes across two strangers at a crossroad. Believing that the two strangers were runaways and homeless, he helps the two strangers by inviting them over for stay for a night or two. They hesitated at first but after a quick discussion they agreed. But after dinner, as night falls. The boy noticed that his bathroom was different. The mirror holds no reflection and when he goes to touches the mirror he was then sucked into the mirror as it transported him to a new world. A world where the sky is crimson red and the moon glows violet. After discovering the strangers again, they are revealed to be demons. Not ordinary demons, a demon guild that serves as their world's black hand. After having some fun with boy by tying him up above a boiling cauldron. They wondered what to do with, eat him? Boil him alive? Enslave him? Why not let him decide his own fate? In a desperate to stay alive. He yells "i would like to join!" to which they laugh it off as if they heard the best joke in centuries. To which their leader said "why not?" But if he is going to be one of them. He needs to be train like them. Pledge his undying loyalty to them and prove he's worth staying among their ranks.

I started reading a few books from this forum! Really enjoying myself actually! Really smart idea for a thread.

My book's about an old actress surviving an environmental disaster. Essentially, it's an ice-age set in the UK. It's sort of a drama, more of a LGBTQ+ slice of life. I'm quite new to Tapas in general so it's not got many views as I'm very bad at learning to promote it (so if anyone on this forum can give me advice I'd be incredibly happy and thankful!).

it's Adventure Comedy and alittle bit drama too, i will write the sum

In a world full of people blessed with the power to control nature's elements, an unpredicted attack annihilated a small village to break the time of peace, killing all of its residences without a trace for any survivors, during the battle though, a 10 years old kid called Gabrel manages to run away from his village, with total ignorance of his village's inevitable fate he runs away, only to fulfill his parent's wish for their beloved child to escape death, but that wasn't his wish, after 5 years of hatred, wrath, and training, he starts his journey to discover the identity of whoever was responsible.

Hi, thanks so much for doing this, this is so nice of you. Tales of Harmony seems really cool so I will be checking it out right now actually.

This is my WIP, it's called Blood Roses (Fantasy, and also post-apocalyptic since humanity ended 100 years ago. Was meant to be Werewolf, since the protagonist is one, but the fairy-mafia, witch clans, elves, etc cancel that out I am trying to put a twist to the usual werewolf tropes.

So after humanity ended, only supernatural beings remain. In a world where soulmates are meant to kill each other, Carly's best friend is kidnapped by hers, so Carly runs away from her pack to rescue her, planning to go against fate itself. But on the way she is kidnapped herself, by the Mafia -- aka fairies--, and realizes that she may not be who she thinks.

My novel, Tomb of the Mechanical Pharaoh is a streampunk fantasy set in a world where Pharaonic Egypt never fell. Everyone is looking for the titular tomb, belonging to a king who was one of Egypt's greatest sorcerers. Rebecca Birch is sent to help her uncle as he searches for the tomb. Also along for the ride are adventuress Simonetta Belzoni, wanderer Hawk Ramsey and Sekhmet priestess Torinre Mowi. Out in the desert, they cross paths (and swords) with bandits, spies, and clockwork mummies.

I would describe "Red Shift" as a novel that realizes not everyone gets a happy ending and coming to terms with that. And, linked with that, fighting for justice even if that means making personal sacrifices. It takes place in the DC Comics multiverse too. So, superheroes/supervillains. : - )

Hello and welcome! This is my novel Jade Kingdoms, a fantasy/horror about taking back power from abusers.

The story takes place in the opulent Jade Kingdom, and we follow the tale of the Jade Princess; a soft, melancholic young Vritra (the name of her species) who despite her high status endured a life of hardship devoid of love. Princess Suren eventually learns her race's culture has been toxic for so many centuries events have begun to set themselves in motion seeking to bring order back to the world, even if that comes with the cost of all life of the world must come to its end.

Her state of mind is in shambles, yet she and her cousin the Duke of the Southern Kingdom realize that if nothing is done their species will be exterminated. So these two broken individuals set out to enforce change in the hardest way anyone has ever faced; the change of their culture, their history and do it all before the will of a looming darkness will do what it foretold so long ago.
