I know they wanted stories to be around 1500 words, but most stories can't fit that word limit exactly, especially not when contest entries were supposed to be a minimum of 1500, but now it says they have to be 1500 or less?
For uploading a novel episode, the limit is still 15,000 characters for everyone.
Unless you're talking about the True Love on Tapas contest specifically?
Personally, I have no clue as I never really had to worry about character limit since each chapter was pretty short.
