@Fenris yea we have to give webtoon the credit for making it a lot easier to reach an audience, problem is its SO easy to publish on webtoon that now there are so many series that if you don't have a fan base on a different social media that will transfer to your webtoon you are gonna have a hard time reaching those "millions"

Yep! This! I used to gained like 5-10 subscribers on average whenever I upload new updates for my comic. Now, if I’m lucky-LUCKY, I’ll probably gain like 1-2 subs on a good day.

true. if a new comic gets super popular fast, i usually check the comments, and its mostly comments from fans of the creator that have followed them from somewhere. =/

I agree. I work my tail off pormoting my comic. Not much subscribers. Would love it if they would subscribe more.

You can reach millions if you propose to it, if you work hard, if you don't flinch, if you don't lose motivation, if you promote good enough, if you have a steady schedule, if you're willing to polish your abilities.

Nothing comes easily, in Facebook you can connect with millions and still you can have less than 100 friends on your account. You can watch anything in Youtube, but it's you the one rewatching the same videos or songs all over again.

The door is open, but it's up to you where you decide to go.

Tips on advertising your comic on Facebook? How do you get seen though?

Join art / webcomic groups on Facebook from your fanpage or personal profile. Be in around 100 (Also make sure that sharing posts from your PA or FP, promotional posts or external links aren't forbidden within the group rules)

From your public post be it on your profile or fanpage, share it on said groups.

Try it to be a single image, a short description and easy to see link so it's more accessible for people and they can also see the work for the series.
Obviously, being seen doesn't mean people will actually click/comment/react/share to your post. But promoting your series is always about trying to cover as much ground as possible.

Just go to search groups and join them. Who doesn't search, doesn't find.
Make sure are groups for comic creators and not just a regular comic group (Since several don't allow spam or self-promotion or are for authors, just classic, comic readers)
