Yeah check out Webtoon Canvas Creators on discord. it's a pretty good server that's got some active members but isn't so big that you get lost in the shuffle It's a good place.

Edit: no guarantees that you'll find what you're looking for specifically but hey why not give it a look

Rin, check out the Comic Creators Work group. There are some really popular, talented artists on there, close to 600 or so.. Private message me for an invite. Note: This is basically a group where a lot of artists get together and display what they are working on. As far as writing, I don't know about that. But you'll meet a lot of artists.
