Do you correct people on grammar?

yes i will, usually if its the wrong word like "wright or right"
and if it doesn't make sense or reads weirdly. I make a suggestion and try to be nice about it.

I'm generally not a fan of the grammar police on the internet, but if the errors are just too frequent and the words are illegible, i'll let the creator know in private message. I think it's rather rude to point out the spelling mistake for all the public to see xD

In my case, my English is terrible and the problem is that I have no time to improve between work, draw and get some sleep. I've never been good with languages. Being aware of this, I looked for a professional translator. It costs me money, but I prefer this. My english is very troglodyte. It's a bit more professional like that.
Another thing is that I was wrong to letter the comic.

I try not to correct people, even though it's in my nature. But .. if it's not their native language I can see the need to correct them--but it's not like many people will care.

A dialogue correction is easy to do so I think most people would be grateful, especially if you send them a PM. Personally, I want my comic to be as perfect as possible so I ask people to correct me if they see anything wrong...

I'm one of the people who hate it when people correct my spelling and grammar.

It reminds me that I hate myself for having dyslexia. I can't spell or do grammar for shit.
I know they're trying to help but gaaaaaaaah I just want to stab myself in the eyes.

It's always good to have proof-readers, so by the time you upload your comics, the worst typos are already fixed. I'm German and I'm working on a rather plot-heavy novel right now, so finding the right words and using correct grammar is always a nightmare. My early versions were pretty awkward in hindsight, but thanks to test-readers, I'm pretty confident now. I don't mind if people correct my work, even if it means that I have to go back to an old page when I could work on a new page instead. I want to print my stuff sooner or later, so using correct English is mandatory.

I pass corrections in private messages, and only then to producers that I genuinely care about.

Rude or not, it's too easy for a public correction to be perceived as rude and who's got time for that?
