Awesome! I can't wait for this heat wave to end! I fell off a MAX platform with an armful of groceries while trying to dodge a pesky wasp and hurt my ankle, so I've been trapped in my apartment. Would have been a nice week to go for a swim somewhere to cool off, haha. I think MultCo moved to low risk, so some pools are opening again.

I do draw as well as write, but the former is mostly just for fun. I don't have the patience to do anything amazing with my art when I can craft a scene so much quicker with a few paragraphs of written words. Still, I will include a few of my drawings (they're mostly meh).

I'm by no means an artist, but I also haven't wanted to commission anyone to do art for my novel right now. Right now the only illustrations I have in mine are the first time major characters appear. (if the characters don't indicate my lack of artistic hand, my basic shabby backgrounds will for sure!) The reason I went out of the way to do it even though I don't really draw is because I still wanted the clear image of my characters to be shown.
If anyone is curious, my series is called Record of a Demon Lover, and it's a GL action story about a human getting tied up with a clan of succubi.

I have illustrations in the novel version of Bestia's Wrath. I started with using panels from the comic, but I have several new illustrations done in the same style and will add them into the story as I go. I already updated the one part I have posted.

I've commissioned Hodge to do a few illustrations for my novel! There are four up currently and will be 10 by the end. It's the story of two strangers who run away from their lives together, with plenty of drama and secrets along the way. They also take Polaroids of some of their endeavors, hence the Polaroid frames.
