Do you know Love and Rockets by Los Bros Hernandez?

I read this article about Los Bros Hernandez this morning. Have you ever heard of 'their Epic Comic-Book Saga, Love and Rockets' ? It's the first time I hear about it but I'm curious now.

Haven’t read it but I know Scott McCloud referenced it a lot in Making Comics.

I'd like to try the series. Is there a specifc one volume you'd recommend ?

Usual recommendation is the Girl From HOPPERS and Heartbreak Soup collections. There's a good chance your local library will have them.

Fantagraphics has a How To Read... page that might be helpful. The series has been running since 1981 so there's a lot of content. But both Bros. do provide plenty of jumping on points.
