Do you listen to music while drawing?

I definitively listen to music when I draw XD What I listen to changes daily because I usually go and find something that matches my mood :o
This is what I'm listening to right now XD

Podcasts when I do my art "day job" and music when I do my comics!
I also listen to fast music if I need to speed up my pace, and instrumental music if I need to be very very focused. I even do my best to control my mood with sad or happy songs, depending on what I'm drawing.

(Though it might be the opposite, needing upbeat video game music to get through a war scene) ;A;

Instrumentals work great when I'm drawing. Usually I like listening to podcasts as well. Without music or any background noise, I actually find it hard to concentrate on my work, so I always gotta have something (For example, my mom in the kitchen or the TV on, etc.).

I listen to different types of depending on what kind of stuff i'm drawing.
I like to listen to metal and nu metal (slipknot, korn, metallica, megadeth, etc) for stuff thats more action or hyped up. I have a few series in my mind that i have influence from those. It tends to be more violent and sharp.

I listen to lofi music for the current comic i'm working on. I listen to joji, lando, tomppabeats, etc like soundcloud lofi hiphop. To make it more dreamy.

Recently I've been listening to Melanie Martinez while I do my paging, but my usual is either instrumental covers of pop songs or my Nightcore playlist.

I tried doing Disney once but I got zero work done on that because I kept stopping and singing along so... not anymore XD
