I'm currently working almost entirely on my own for both of my series!
My writing partner occasionally helps me come up with characters, and to keep my lore in order... but the script writing, art and editing is almost entirely mine.

I have two upcoming webcomics that I'm working on all by myself. From time to time I do get friends to help me develop the plot of one of them, but other than that I do everything.

As my nickname suggests, actually there are two of us who create webcomic (but to write now it's just me, Lem )
Strix has the skills to draw, but she has no knowledge of storytelling. Lem has the ability to write, but for the sake of humanity it's better she's not to even try to draw.
So we looked at each other and said: "Hey, you and I can make a webcomic! Great!"
And so it begins...

Yes unfortunately. That means I'll be stuck working on one story at a time, even though I want to do more. I'll probably lose all my free time when I gotta pay my student loan bills Crossing my fingers that's not the case.

But even if i had a line artist or color artist, they'd probably have a hard time interpreting my sketches lol

I do everything on my own comic (writing, research, name(storyboarding), underdrawing, inking, toning, text, character design etc.), but I do show stuff and share my thoughts with my best friend to get a second opinion, because sometimes you become kind of blind towards how much the reader actually understands, because you know all the side stories and personalities of characters etc.

It's always good to get a second opinion at least on how 'well' it reads to others :>

Yep. I created the characters, world, story, and I do both the writing and illustration for the web comic and all of the series pitch materials.

Yeah, I work alone on it, I work better that way so I don't have to wait for someone to get their part done or they don't have to wait on me, plus I can pretty much do what I want.

I'm developing my story and doing all the art, but I have a few friends that I have critique/brainstorming sessions with. My creativity just fizzles out on my own and it's really helpful to have people to bounce ideas off of! I also have a friend who is going to help lay the flat colors when I actually begin production, which will be crazy helpful. If that doesn't work out or if I need more help, honestly I am going to shop around for a collaborator. I love having flexibility and freedom, but I think I work best with team members.
