Well, admittedly i always want to make a story about artist/creator at some point because they've so relatable.
But with stuff like illustrator, writer or inventor, they just aren't really fun to write from third person perspective and I'm gonna have difficulty in potraying how exactly their skills are great. So i just decided to go with something more theatrical like music and idol. Even if there's no sound in medium like comic, you can potray them more direct through the visual of the characters compared to illustrator and novelist where their works are disconnected from tbe visual of the characters.
It might also have something how my taste with anime lately has been shifting more towards music-related stories. Music can really affect your mood and it shows. Just go BANG with the music and my mood rise. Plus with idols, i can just make the characters as attractive as possible, heh.
I want to bring some topics about AI and tech to bring some uniqueness later. I want to push themes like identity, especially when our world is like this. Admittedly they're gonna be altered to be more science fantasy-ish so i don't get compared to real life phenomenon too much. They haven't been prominent yet in the chapters i have released, though.
