I've been on Tapas since May 2020.

I know what it's like to start out on this platform and struggle to get subscribers.

I would often spend almost every day of the week trying to promote my comics and encourage more subscribers, exhausting almost every resource possible.

In the process of doing so, I've discovered some amazing work from so many newcomers with incredible potential. Not only was I more than happy to subscribe, but some of them were happy to leave me a subscribe in return.

I would like to make a similar offer to any other newcomers out there who need help promoting their work, only this time, with a few more benefits.

I WILL LEAVE A LINK TO MY MOST POPULAR COMIC SERIES

NOW I PRESENT YOU WITH TWO OPTIONS

OPTION 1) First, subscribe to my comic, then leave a link to your own series here. Once you do that, I will leave a special thank-you message on your Tapas wall. I will then subscribe to your series, leave a like for the first 10 episodes (Maybe even more) then leave a special shout out to that series on the forums, my tapas wall as well as my social media.

OPTION 2) Gamers Guff is basically a video game comedy and I often encourage my subscribers to leave requests on games they would like to see parodied. If you were to subscribe to my series and make a request for a particular video game that you would like to see a Gamers Guff comic on, then I will produce that comic as soon as possible. PLUS, once the comic is posted, I will credit you for the request in the description as well as leave a link to your tapas page and your series. Be sure to make a request here in this thread, and don't forget to leave a link to your series.

Best of luck to you all. I'm really looking forward to seeing what stories you all have to offer. LET'S ALL GROW TOGETHER.

EDIT: I would also encourage you all to subscribe to Gamers Guff first before leaving a link to your work, that way, when I leave a shout out on my Tapas Wall, you can be notified of that.

I've seen your work around and it's really cool :slight_smile: here's my comic, although it doesn't quite have 10 episodes yet! Still in the early stages but loving the journey so far.

I read your comic and found it funny and relatable. Then I became your 90th subscriber.

Here is my comic:

I appreciate any help in promotion you can give.

Here comes your 91th sub! :smiley:

And here's the link to The Dark Orient, our comic:

(we just published our 5th ep, so no need to like 10 :wink: )

Also, for the game request: Would you include Final Fantasy Tactics? :smile:

@Kendial

This is a really top notch comic,

You definitely have some serious potential and I'm really looking forward to checking out more of your series.

Thanks a bunch for being the first to respond,

@tbh17q

Thanks for becoming my 90th subscriber,

You comic is beyond hilarious, it's like as if you converted Monty Python into a comic series,

You are awesome dude,

Thanks

Here's mine! Right now it's weekly and there are new uploads every Sunday, but I'm strongly considering changing it to a monthly schedule atm :smile:

Assassin Creed!!! (Unity if I have to be more specific)

Looks nice, Subscribed and when I have time today I'll read all the episode.
Also, I actually prefer do both options.

As a game request, of course more likely a suggestion, maybe Apex Legends, not the best, despite being my fave, but has some issues that can turn into comedy gold (Just a few: Matchmaking putting into "Unwanted Solos", "Rage-quitting teammates" or the constat Loss of Connectiond due to the "Potato Servers".).

Anyway, here is my Debut Fantasy comic anthology, almost a month fresh:

Enjoy your stay, have a nice day!

Let me tell ya something, my lad. That is quite the compliment, Thank ya!

I also joined your Facebook. I'm excited about the shout out as well as seeing what is next for Gamers Guff.

Hm, this is quite a lovely thread! However, may I ask if you would accept novels? To be quite specific, novels that're new, with only two official chapters at the moment..?

I read a few episodes, this is hilarious and I like that it's minimalist and handy to read anytime :smile:

Here's my comic, I just started so it doesn't have a lot of episodes but I hope you'll like it

I've just subscribed. Looks great!

@WoollyPAR

I'll be sure to check that out,

Also, for the record, I'd try stick to weekly uploads if I were you.

It's helps to get more views, trust me.

@WoollyPAR

Just read the first 10 episodes,

This is top notch,

It's like I'm looking at the SuperHero version of the breakfast club,

Keep up the good work,

Ah, that's great! My novel hasn't reached 10 chapters yet, but I hope you don't mind. Here it is! I'll also check out on your comic, and of course, I'll also subscribe. Thanks! :smiley:

As for Option 2, I think someone has already mentioned Final Fantasy, so I'll suggest it too, but more specifically; how about Final Fantasy VII? I'm fine with either the original one or the remake! It's up to you! :smiley:

Hi :slight_smile:
I subscribed to you.
It would be great is you subscribed back.

Choose any series you like:

Here's my comic:

my illustrated novel:

and my short stories:

I subscribed as well, I never saw this type of comic before and I absolutely love the comedy! :revolving_hearts: :rofl:
I am not sure if you have done a parody of it before but I think "Devil May Cry" or "Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice" would make some amazing parody material. Either way, thank you for making such a great thread and I hope you will reach 100 subscribers soon! :coffee_love:

Here's my story, it's a fantasy mystery novel with elements of drama, horror and comedy. So far, I only have 4 episodes up since I only started it this year, but if you are interested in the story feel free to subscribe as well.

That's true, but I don't exactly care about the views as much as finishing my story and making it as cool as it can be. If I could still do weekly uploads and post whole episodes, I would, I just don't think I'm there yet in terms of skill.

Anyway thanks again for checking out my series! It means a lot! :grin:

thanks for the request,

I also would have accepted just Assissins Creed, but I'm happy to look into it.

In the mean time, if you have a series that you would like to see me promote along with the request, please let me know.

@julipow

Thanks so much for for subscribing,

I don't think I've touched any of those games in particular before, but I do love a challenge,

I'll also be sure to check out your Novel as soon as possible,

Thanks again,

@mcarrowolga

Wow, I'm spoiled for choice,

Already subscribed to all three and I'll be sure to have a proper look at them as soon as I can,

Thanks for subscribing to Gamers Guff,

@Fedriz_Marini

Wow, that comic of yours looks incredible,

I've already subscribed and I'll be sure to give it a proper look very soon.

Also

In regards to your request, I'll be sure to come up with a Kick-Ass comic for Apex Legends ASAP,

Thanks pal

Hey guys, WhoDrew here!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has responded to my thread so far, subscribing to my comic and leaving links to your fantastic stories as well as some interesting requests for games for me to parody.

I'm really excited to follow through on my offer to each and every one of you.

Sorry I can't respond to all of them at once, but I promise to go through each of your requests/series and give it the proper response as I said I would.

In the mean time, I would like to leave a shout out to the first three users I was able to respond do.

@Kendial

@tbh17q

@talemongerfrog

These comic have some serious potential and deserve as much support as possible,

Check them out and keep circling the networks

I like your comic so far! It reminds me of classic newspaper strips

@muskitten

Nice work there,

Maeve is a really relatable character and I'm really hyped to see what happen as she progresses in her college life.

Great job,

PS, the royal dog is adorable

@Stargazer31

Wow, I am really digging the Realmwalker series. The world building is solid, the characters are fantastic and it's a real standout take on Norse Mythology, with a nice hint of humour.

Can't wait to read more of it.

Awww thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Who's your favourite character?
