Just finished reading through it, I like it a lot!
I admittedly wasn't super fond of the last few pages: the transition into the random info dump felt pretty jarring, and the info itself feels as though it could have been slipped in during more appropriate points in the story (such as the saturated vs. desaturated color thing, maybe that gets brought up when we see the difference between the types first hand, or when 2 are in the same room, or something. The gender identity thing didn't seem particularly important at all. And I had assumed that Red/Green's intents with Yellow would have been made apparent at the start of the next chapter, etc.)
Not a big deal, certainly, I would just be careful about doing it too much in the future. Omnipotent narration can definitely be an effective tool, but it's not always the most entertaining, especially if the info can be delivered in context later.
I'll end with the fact that I love the art style, general vibe, and now that I'm up -to-date can't wait to vote in the next poll
